today in modern times, 2016, we are killing each other with hurtful comments over statement/ opinion/ faith/ belief which clearly does not hold for all.
Gomburza chose to die standing on their faith.
those who don't share the same opinion/ faith/ belief choose to fight.
on both cases, and in many other documented cases in history, fighting for one's stand sometimes end up giving up their lives.
for standing up on our choices, we can be called martyrs. or, mas masahol pa sa hayop.

We can speak out but the best thing to do is to be quiet when we are not sure of what we wanted to convey. Once we say it, own it. There will always be vultures eyeing our mistakes, it's a fact.

jonathan, total EDSA Revolution celebration today, let's just say we are lucky to gain our democracy back because we can freely express our thoughts without fear. :)
