Take me.
I broke my ribs and ripped my chest
so you can take my heart out.
I dare you. Take my heart and consume it in its entirety.
Devour all that it can offer and gloat at the sight of it tearing apart.
Of me tearing apart.
I dare you. Tear me apart as you please.
Like how a beast menaces its captive.
Take me whole and find out how much more I can give. Or how much willing I am to let go.
Tear me and take me whole.
And be surprised how little you can actually take.
And how weak your stomach is to even stare at me
Unflinching and proud like this.
Because I tell you.
I have much more to give.
So don't you dare.
